@@denisevanselow2722 im not on patreon. My journey is long. Ive changed everything over the last 10 yrs. I had to. Struggled with drugs. Not being able to calm mind, nor body. Anxiety issues. You name it. Ive dealt with it. Ive been meditating for about 4 yrs. These meditations here are by far the best, most transformative. They have magnified the peace, joy, and love in my life.

Oh Sarita I found you yesterday with the heart mediation and infinity symbol!!!! Then I happened upon the Pam Gregory podcast and the walking the 8 and I am thrilled - i so resonate with your work and am so thankful. I’ve been told for years to meditate but could never settle myself. I did so yesterday twice listening to to your voice which captivated me - the first time I fell asleep 💤 but that was a good thing. Wonderful technique. Aloha! In Hawaii we talk about the Aloha spirit, (Alo) means ‘presence’ (ha) meaning ‘breath’ together the word aloha translates to ‘The presence of breath’ or ‘breath of life’
