Improve your game!
This channel is dedicated to all the gold seeking Pickleballers out there who dink responsibly and stay out of the kitchen. We have all levels come through the channel, but we concentrate on the 4.0s, 4.5s and up to 5.5s.
I started this channel quite by accident, I was recording my games to do film study and get better. I did not have time or money for lessons from pro pickleball coach, so I started watching all my screwups. People that I was playing with started to ask if they could watch too and I said sure. That helped all of us a lot to improve our game, strategy, mental toughness, and techniques. Now we have new pickleball videos published several times a week. We occasionally have pro pickleball players on the channel. Mostly its non pro pickleball players on their quest to 5.0 pickleball. We have all levels come through the channel: 4.0 pickleball, 4.5 pickleball and up to 5.5 pickleball with the pros.

About every other lob in this video or many others has the same fault overlooked by ref. From my tournament practice only about 25% of refs see that fault.

Wait...are you saying it is a foot fault if your foot is touching the line prior to making a jump to hit an overhead, even though when the paddle hits the ball you are nowhere near the kitchen line and land outside the kitchen? That's like the reverse of the momentum fault rule. Would you mind delineating exactly which rule calls that a fault? I don't ever remember reading that. Thanks.

9.D If a player has touched the non-volley zone for any reason, that player cannot volley a return until both feet have made contact with the playing surface completely outside the non-volley zone. A maneuver such as standing within the non-volley zone, jumping up to hit a volley, and then landing outside the non-volley zone is a fault. If the rear wheels of a wheelchair have touched the non-volley zone for any reason, the wheelchair player cannot volley a return until both rear wheels have made contact with the playing surface outside the non-volley zone.

Here are 100 examples of lobs at high level play. I didn't count statistics but I was surprised how many times the non lob returning partner trusted in their drop and stayed at the NVZ. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gKeportzlr65ho0.html

At 4:25 the bearded guy in yellow scissor steps his right toe onto the kitchen line as he went up for the overhead for the W. Oops.
