As per Section 108 Indian Evidence Act the other party has proved that the concerned person has not been heard from last 7yrs. Now here if court presumes(as court may require him to prove by more evidences) that he is dead then burden of proof shifts upon the person who affirms that he is alive . In this movie Burden of Proof will be upon the party who is represented by Nawazuddin.

LOL CS students ?? They barely have to study criminal laws, one paper and all laws done, nothing in comparison to actual law students and lawyers. Heading padhna aur uksa content is not law, 299,300 IPC, 167 CrPC, 25-27 IEA jyse sections akele 2-4week le lete hai, itni detailed hote hai 😂😂😂
