For corporate guarantee given by company a in which director is interested,Sec.185 applicable.whether i need to calculate sec.186(3)? limit?

Suppose loan is given to WOS as well as other companies, then for the purpose of calculating limits under 186(2) both the loan amount should we consider or only the loan amount given to other company. In one of my case if I consider the amount of loan given to wos alongwith other co then the limit is exceeding but If I consider only the amount given to other company then it is within the specified limit u/s 186(2) so whether SR is required under section 186(3) in this case or only BR is sufficient
