Setting the politics aside this thing is disastrous in so many ways that its hard to predict whats to come in the following years. Gender Neutral Laws have to be implemented as early as possible.

This law must be either repealed or SC must put stay on it & order Govt to make it gender neutral , add lie detector test / narco test mandatory , examine evidences of both gender before coming to any conclusion , punish women on false case filing , stop immediate arrest to name a few...

It is worth congratulating the women activists who take a dispassionate approach against gender biased provision (Sec 69) in BNS. Hopefully they shall proceed further to decry this unjust provision before the Ministry Home Affairs and Ministry of Law and Justice GoI.

Sheer lack of foresight, the loopholes one too many, will surely lead to the collapse the very essence of what makes the social fabric tick. Intention might be right, but surely in the present day and time will be misused, there is no way back to normalcy, the price of which will be payed in full by broken children & homes..

IN INDIA THERE IS NO DRACUNIAL LAW PROVISION OF CASES OF CORRUPTION, FOOD AND DRUG ADULTERATION, AND CYBER CRIME LIKE U/S-69 OF SO CALLED B. N. S. SO CALLED COGNIZABLE CASE.

Shadi se pehle love karna jaruri hai kya. India me aise bhi 80% ladkon ko shadi se pehle ladkio se baat bhi nahi hoti 😂 Ye law sirf 10-20% ladkon ki lega baki sidhe sadhe launde safe h.😂

mam..shame on you.....those laws were made to protect women, not misuse them, remember the societal construct on which these laws are being enforced,,,,,,,, if you think of west, people don't choose to marry and stay in relationships, u know why?? Coz they don't think of women as 'Abla Naari', they have a very righteous definition for equality among men and women... The repercussions of which women are left over and men travelling to east.... If tomorrow this BJP enforces or make BNS69 gender neutral, then you'll also start crying right? If they say that a women cannot breakup from a relationship after being physical right? Is that nice? There are many women who ditch men after making false promises of marraige and then moving on for better opportunities? Will it be ok if the same BNS69 is applied in this?

What justice for men when the women ditch after promised to marry? Because that happens a lot. One guy who I know committed suicide because of that
