@@CARachanaRanadeno madam, below 75% of equity holding is applicable for PSU exactly as it is applicable for a private company. Recently LIC had to obtain permission from the sebi not to sell further equity to bring down its holding below 75% as per sebi norms. After getting said permission lic got the extension for the same.
