Defense Career Academy (DCA) was established under the aegis of ‘Manav Vikas Kalyan Pratisthan’ on 6th March 2007. Deb, I am sure you must have had a bad experience, bit please understand you are talking about Indian Police, who are under staffed and jave 12 Hrs shift on daily basis, and have to extend it every other day. Plus the salary is sub standard. One individual from entire Kolkata police must have given you hard time, but please understand, it would be bad to blame everyone for that experience.

@@nikhillakhera7134 Not only ' a bad experience ' but all bad experiences. At the fag end of my life I have come to West Bengal to live. The corruption level of Bengal Police is the downmost. If once you cross the area of Jharkhand and enter here you will be talking in the same tune.

corruption is everywhere. Our judiciary is the corrupt system and nobody talks about it. SC judges refused to declare their assets, at least politicians are obligated to declare theirs and corruption in politics is known, hence we can talk about it. Nothing beats the corruption in bureaucracy, politicians come and go but bureaucracy is permanent, they hold power without any accountability. And judiciary is even worse in this aspect, they leave no stone unturned to undermine the parliamentary democracy, they keep interfering in parliamentary governance and keep grabbing power without any accountability' I know politics is about choosing the lesser evil. But at least we can elect them and hold accountable accordingly. But we have no power over our judiciary, they enjoy power without any accountability. It is like living in judicial autocracy.
