Having own the Snap on borescope camera, I can say that its old technology and consumes a ton of batteries for double the price. Teslong offers a great inspection camera (Clean picture, long reach camera, and 3 cameras) for a fifth of the cost of the snap on. I love the Milwaukee brand and would love to see this bad boy in action.

I bought the snap on scope years ago when they came out with the side view and thin cable. When you dont have one you dont realize how much you will use and how much time it saves.

I have the latest teslong, i forget the model number but it's definitely the newest release. I paid around 120 dollars and they normally sell for close to double that. Cant complain for 120 bucks!

1. What is the camera resolution? 2. What does this $460 (because you have to buy a battery if not in the Milwaukee ecosystem already) borescope do that a $30-40 one off amazon cant that makes it worth the massive jump in price?

Can other probes connect to it? Ones that are longer or articulating heads. Looks like a 6-Pin mini DIN female connector on the M12 3150.

Off topic but i have a legit question for you. Is there anyway i can get ahold of ssm3 and 4 along with flashwrite1-2 and the cal files without spending $4k-10k. I have looked at the vxdiag that claims its capeable but I'm questionable on that. I've heard i can call STIC and pay the $75 to get the cd. But is that everything i need? I have the autel maxi elite j-box, the really expensive Cardaq box, and a few other knock offs. I've done and have all the software for just about all manufacturers out there except Subaru and i figured you the guy to ask these questions from a Tech to a Tech.
