I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money invest:ng. 11:40 When it comes to listening, I do listen to every person. Also, I keep my opinion at last. I value the other person. Yes, I gained respect there but when it comes to conveying or expressing myself I feel the opposite person is not listening. The confession is about how you treat a person and how they don't treat you the same, is this type of confession a complaint? Is it negative ? If not then why didn't they listen to me , although now I don't care but I still wish to find the answer bcz at te time it happened it was really disrespectful.

1. When they are just starting to interrupt, stop them by saying politely that.. “Let me finish first” or “Listen to me”. 2. If you can’t then… confront that you don’t like being interrupted. 3. Despite trying these if they didn’t stop that means they are not giving you or your words that importance. Now here there could be 2 scenarios A. Either your words are really not that important, superficial and immature. If so then try to get more depth in your life, work n perspective, that will force ppl to respect ur words. B. Its their habbit to interrupt bcoz they are self obsessed or lack listening skills. They are not worth talking. You are disrespecting yourself by letting other disrespect you. Stand up for yourself and move on. You will find many friends and people who will love listening to you.

1. If everyone decides to speak last then who will start first? In meetings, if you don't speak or don't get enough time to speak, no one will respect you. They think you are just passing time. 2. Don't make mistakes, or if you make mistake don't commit it. This is contradicting 4th advice/point 3. If you start helping then at one point you'll end up doing someone else's work always rest others are OK, but don't work always
