Amen to you. I also have said this as well. We had the privilege of living through the greatest era. of the 50's,60's and part of the 70's. The Seekers were up and coming band. I loved listening to them. They harmonized very well and sang. I love listen to Judith. She has a voice of an Angel. No yelling, screaming etc. What else can I say.

Judith was a jazz singer and loves Ragtime. She wrote a piece called Banana Rag and it might be on You tube. Seekers are in a direct line ffom Pete Seeger. The boys started out as a folk group in a little folk venue in Melbourne in the 60s. Then Judith joined them. History was made!

@johnking65505 жыл бұрын
Walter...After listening to other performances of this song I'm reasonably sure the guys are singing...'' They thought the world was round ''. It relates well to the previous Columbus reference. In other preformances it seemed that they were using ''knew'' rather than ''thought''. You stirred my curiosity so I did a bit of 'deep listening'. Gosh, I love this tune!
