Onion-10 Or 1 KG
Salt-1 1/2 Tsp
Oil-3 Tbsp
Chili Flakes-4 Tbsp
Plain Chili Powder-1 Tsp
Tamarind Extract-3 Tbsp Or 45 ML

One of my favourite recipes. Wow, it looks finger licking good. I use fried anchovies and one ripe sliced tomato. Good recipe, goes well with dhall curry( sambar). Thanks for sharing.
