Excellent version of the hauntingly, beautiful song. After 40 years of living in addiction, I now have a little over four years clean and sober. For me as well, this song takes me back to a time and place I never want to go to again.

I even have “Long May You Run” inscribed on my Brother’s headstone.😢 Now, with that being said, SEETHER can do NO WRONG with a Neil Young song! Love! Love! Thank goodness Seether, they were bit too young to be in the grunge scene, yet they also have this pain hurt aura about them. They were inspired but not conformed and they are super talented and so low key. Bless them healthy sounds perfect, has their own sound, and can cover every single song effortlessly and such a great band. Glad that they saw what grunge and the media were super destructive and did not follow that path. I swear from blind melon, to stone temple pilots all gone. I also did the drug of death for 2 years. I swear it was somehow the musicians artists hobby, all the greats Joplin, Hendrix, Buckley, so so many. The classics died and the grunge had to dive in, did history not teach u guys a lesson! bless u all, seek help dont touch it. Cindy from Hong Kong

couldn't have done better personally than this rendition, but its not better than the original...the original is just so SAD....I feel with this version I can almost dance along to it, it's too "sugar-coated". The singer sang with too much energy...the way neil young almost whispers and croons with such melancholy at points still sends shivers...Dont get me wrong, its better than other attempts by other bands, but its a lot easier to recreate the notes than recreate the "feel" of a song.
