Nice video. Two topics I'd like to ask about. 1. How is big the CRT? Must be huge crt for a since a big cabinet. It is hard to keep running? 2. Is there a way to use a newer hard drive? I know you want to keep things original, but personally for me...hard drives are the one component I would be willing to compromise on given their age and how they fail. Have you thought about using a thumb drive, SSD, or even a just newer model disc drive? Sorry if my questions are basic. I'm not familiar with this Sega Arcade board

25". You can darksoft the pcb to negate the disk drive. However, the roms on the darksoft aren't the same. For example, Crackdown, the floor doors don't open.
