I've picked up for free and never had any issues and so glad they also can adding bigger tyres and suspension kit part from that everything be looking fully sick to ride

Segway Germany has a problem with the front suspension . when u move the handlebar the front suspension it moves with 2 seconds delay . and till now i cant buy a spare part . and i dont want to send it to repair cos i can ride it like that without any problem , but i`d like to have it in order .

Have an issue with one that's barely a month old from Best Buy. The clip on the rear fender to hold the bars folded came off, looks like the bolt backed out. It was a little loose for a bit, then just came out. Is this easily fixable, or better to exchange it ? It looks like there's a small plate above the rear wheel to access the bolt head. Thank you

Ive own this scooter since its release date from bestbuy 7/1/2023 and really like it. Most of the overheating and regenerated braking issues have been resolved with Master Control firmware V1.4.8 however the update slowed down the Torque which to me is very noticeable and just feels like it goes too slow vs the previous master control version 1.4.4. Maybe this was done to slow down the overheating. I know for sure having the regen braking off made a HUGE difference in HI temp tolerance. So i guess the slow down in Torque is something we are going to have to deal with moving forward if it means we can take this thing to 53C before the battery temp warning shows up on the app and shuts down thw MAX G2. Still a great scooter for what it is and i would buy it again. However now i want the GT2 😅

Maybe with the next Master Control update they'll bring the torque back. Those 2 initial problems is what made me hold off on getting the G2 upon it's US release in the first place. So I went through the GT2 > P65 > F40 (after selling my original MAX G30P/ now regretfully 🤦🏾‍♂)....and realized that the MAX suited me BEST! To me, the GT2 & P65 need their own factory SEATS (just like the ES4/ MAX G30P / F40 etc....). They have yet to create them. I say they need seats because they've unleashed NEW POWER that wasn't there prior, and standing up on those (GT2/ P65) can be a little dangerous compared to "entry level or commuter" scooters. That's just my opinion. Maybe I was spoiled w/my MAX G30P w/SEAT. 🤷🏾‍♂ I remember that on my MAX when I pumped up the tires' PSI to 55 psi...that made the torque increase significantly. Maybe try that and see if there's any torque improvements. - The Cool Courier

The loss of speed is unacceptable. The MAX G30 with second generation motor never lost speed, but the new MAX G2 does from when the battery reaches 80% Please resolve that in an update. Also I notice the rear tyre is different to the front. Please ensure all markets will have replacement tyres in stock, including UK.

What's funny is my friend got one and it immediately. Error code 40 so we checked it up online and a whole bunch of them have been doing it lately. And you know what your a****** people have started blaming my friend when he just pulled it out of the box. Thankfully we have it on camera

Hey @Segway are we working on a "new seat" for the Max G2? I sure loved mine on my MAX G30P original! It's well overdue, and should've been available at launch of the G2 for us Seat lovers out here....IJS. - The Cool Courier

01GYA.... 1.4.8 firmware can't use cruise and max speed only 25km. Seegway please 🥺😢

@@BerezinV Hello, for any Max G2 sold in the EU unfortunately it will not have cruise mode and a limited speed mode due to local law restrictions.

@@segway too Bad for you Segway. You give the rights to official registration in my country as well as obtaining permission. Why are you closing the software? I wish I could change the settings to suit myself. After all, by doing this you only push customers away. It's a pity. I loved segway before.
