Why is Fakebook Marketplace advertising these bikes for $100?

I bought a 30’ beautiful boat for less that that.

So one guy fell, it broke. Other guy jumped and both tires deflated. Not a reasonable buy, at all. Honda, ktm, kawa or yam will for sure make them later. Im not buying cheap Chinese 3h battery life that brings problems when you USE it
