Completely agree with your concluding comments. I have the SLA017 and 033, but I released the 025.... The high polish annoyed me, and it hasn't flown off the shelves like the 017 and 033, it's really easy to get lower than list, and I had to sell mine at a loss.

Thank you for watching. I recently got 033 and really like it. Although, the finishing on the 025 is nicer, it does set the watch back a little.

I got one yesterday, the besel itself isnt as crisp as the oridinary marinemasters, but otherwise, its a top watch

Great review. how's the time keeping?

Thanks! The timekeeping could be better. It runs consistently between +10 and +12 seconds per a day. It is within spec but sadly on the outer end of the specs for the watch. I not too concerned however, as I'll be getting it regulated once the warranty expires. Oddly, I had better luck with the SLA033 I reviewed, it has been settling in at about +5 seconds daily.
