Selena said all the time she never worked out. Her working out is on the stage. She was a junk food eater, loved medium pepperoni pizza and could eat the entire thing in one sitting. Also loved sweets especially chocolates.

@@kingfangs6693 in her interview when she spoke about never working out and that her workout is of her being on stage dancing, moving, she was sincere about it. I can see her doing stretches before a show but not working out to get her physic. She got that body from dancing alot over the years and she of course naturally got that beautiful body. Maybe she considered her workouts to be when she practices her dance moves before her performances? She never mentions a workout in a gym per se.

I was a child when she died, but I remember people in the (mexican) media saying she was fat before that. Of course for the anorexic age of fashion she was not skinny enough. But now that I see her after so many years, she was perfect for a healthy human who works out and takes care of themselves. She's beautiful.

That body was NATURAL!!! In many interviews you can hear and see that she personally said that her only “workout” was her dancing on the stage! in her last few months alive she mentioned she was doing some Pilates exercises.

She didn't like working out she loved dancing though and eating food bad food but she still stayed looking beautiful and healthy always she spoked English before Spanish my mom's favorite song by Selena Quintanilla is tu Solo tu mine is missing my baby. Selena once said I feel very proud to be Mexican I didn't have the opportunity to learn Spanish when I was a girl, but ... it's never too late to get in touch with your roots.

Selena!! I saw her at Lakeland Civic Center, in Lakeland, Florida. Circa Oct/Nov 1994. I was 16 yrs. old and our parents required the older cousins go to that baile, all together. All or no one. I was one of the younger ones and I hated bailes.
