I have been on my vegan 🌱 journey for about a year now and let me tell you that your 👩‍🍳 cookbook is awesome 🤩 !!! I am a breast cancer survivor of two years and have been working hard to get the weight off and just enjoy life! I have lost 50 pounds and feel wonderful, and self care 🧖‍♀️ is so important as I’m seeing the results!!!

Kim is one of my favorite KZfaqrs. Started watching when the channel was called backsyncfan lol. I am not a girly girl, and have zero fashion sense, but I watch and get inspiration. I started doing spa days and at the age of 31 (turning 32)I am just getting into makeup lolol. I even got my husband to try black bean burgers, and he prefers it over beef. Kim is awesome!

I purchased your cookbook and the recipes are amazing! I love the peanut butter cookies, margarita pizza, chick’n & waffles, cinnamon vanilla French toast, roasted Brussels sprouts with agave and look forward to trying more of your recipes. What I really like about your recipes is that they are easy to make and they taste so delicious!

I knew the hearts of palm would come out good. I’ve done it before and used sea kelp flakes for a more fishy taste. You can also make some vegan fried calamari with hearts of palm. I did that too and it came out great.

I most definitely believe in me time and self care days. I will take myself to dinner... (I realize you are working on that) 😉, nails, massage etc. Thank you for sharing cooking the hearts of palm. I have some in a jar and wasn't sure what to do. I would use that Trader Joe's Crunchy Chili Onion on them. I bet its good! I saw you purchase it. ❤️😉
