The other side of influencing on the consumer side is that we feel that we aren’t doing good in life if we can’t afford these material things and have this soft life and have businesses etc etc it’s exhausting. So that’s why I love your content it’s done so tastefully and you do things you can tell you are interested in and not will get you views.

Also….particularly as it relates to luxury influencers, I think about the damage’ they can do by projecting solely luxury brands and nothing in between that other people can afford. However, I have noticed that some luxury influencers are also sharing options of brands, etc that might be more affordable to a more general audience.

I definitely think it's wild how disrespectful and inappropriate people can be to influencers / KZfaqrs. Like people are still human so why do you think it's okay to ask inappropriate questions or make inappropriate comments? Whatever happened to home training and "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all?" It's the rudeness for me. BTW loved the video and you look amazing as always! 💜

I think some people are so full of self hate and low self esteem that have to take it out on someone. People truly need to seek therapy. Therapy to some people is to get on the internet and go back and forth with people. We have to not let people drain our energy like that. It is giving them what they want. I ignore and block.

Omg! You are me and I am you. All throughout HS and as an adult, because I'm quiet and reserved and was rarely ever in any mess, ppl thought I was scary and wouldn't stand up for myself. Only for them to find out I don't take disrespect lightly at all, and am always ready to fight if you come to me crazy. I've really had to pull back on my attitude in those situations, especially in a professional setting where 70% of ppl are not professional at all.

I enjoyed this video, especially the Q&A and the point you made about sharing what you've accomplished to encourage and inspire others. Your honesty about the 'influencer' side of things is spot on. I do sometimes feel like I've missed my chance at a better life now that I'm 50. I love the RH rooftop restaurant! Yes its really the ambience. The first one I've ever been too was the Dallas location. I have definitely seen your evolution, while still maintaining humility. I’m a long-time lover of your content, but here lately, another level! I cannot wait to hear more details about the personal changes. I really wish we could all (and especially as women), embrace our different bodies and age-related natural changes, etc. I find myself completely enthralled and drawn to those who are authentically themselves and have unique physical features, different from my own. I am bored and sad when I see the same, same, and just more of the same everywhere and so much plastic and surgery to look “perfect.” It may be okay for the short-term, but I’m interested in the long-game! A case-in-point: when so many of my friends were getting breast implants, and now, for health-related reasons or otherwise, having more surgery to remove them. Thanks, Kim. 🫶🏼

Thanks for enlightening on how to approach others, sometimes it is done unknowingly but just learned what you could take lightly could reach very sensitive people and cause so much damage. You are absolutely right, I hate when they say.. “that’s what you signed up for” uh…. NO! You think just because I chose to invite the public into a small fraction of my life that that makes it ok for you to insult me?! I’m all for keeping it real, honesty and constructive criticism but when you’re just being down right nasty for no reason is where I draw the line.. I’m a do unto others kind of gal.. Sometimes ppl reflect their own feelings into others.. wanting them to feel exactly how they do.. I pray for their healing ❤️‍🩹🙏🏾💕

Your Car chronicle.. to sum it up, all u can do is know who u r, & be comfortable in the skin u r in, Be yourself regardless of other ppl indifferences 💯 & the right ones will align just as the wrong ones will fall off. No need to fit in. Like u said, only make genuine connections.
