this is exactly what ive been struggling with. i feel like im filling my head with so many negative thoughts it feels like theres always more to have, and maybe if i have it ill be happier. when in reality i should be focusing on the gifts ive received and be grateful for what i do have, then maybe i will be ready and even worthy enough to receive more.

how to be productive: take showers every 1 or 2 days , eat healthy, drink lots of water, workout 1-4 times a week, have a good relationship with your siblings (I don’t) , have an aesthetic room and a bunch of aesthetic things, sleep early and wake up early, have a scheduled day, theres still more-
