Thank you for sharing! Sometimes, it's not easy to introduce more water into my routine. But everything in my weekend works better when I sleep well, eat healthier, and go to pelvic physiotherapy.

Drinking warm or hot water- even in the summer- is the only way I'm able to drink 1.5 litres a day. I'd like to journal more and connect more with nature- thanks for the reminder ❤
