Thank you very much for making these lessons available. I find the explanations clear and I believe they provide a good foundation for understanding more in-depth material. Please consider adding complementary exercises.

This lecture is really great. Thanks for providing this. Please can we get like a software simulation for control where the path planning already exists ?

First of all, thank you so much for the class! I have some questions. Can I say the MPC is a LQR applied to each iteration, but reconsidering different constraints? If the constraints were the same all the way through, the optimization would be the same, right? When we have restrictions on the control effort for the LQR, we need the additional necessary conditions for Pontryagin, right? For the MPC, are we doing this all the time?

CARLA could be a simple open-source solution - we use it in our course for the programming projects.

@@CyrillStachniss Professor, I am interested in the programming projects, can you suggest some topics or the resources from where i can start implementing the knowledge into practice. I'm really enthusiastic about self driving car and I have completed a course of Autonomous Mobile Robot at TU Kaiserslautern. I really want to work in area of autonomous driving. Thank you for this video series.
