My feet hurt alot especially after working out or running. I tried tjis massage just before bed and had one of the most restful nights. Its 4 a.m and I feel so refreshed. Thank you.

Rolling your foot with a golf ball or tennis ball helps me . Sit in a chair or couch and roll foot on top of ball.

Thank you guys. I'm going to self massage more often. These are great techniques. I'll keep them with me. Chronic pain is an everyday feeling for me. I feel like so many people frown upon people with chronic pain.They say tough it out, blah blah blah. You know. Most people have harsher levels of chronic pain than others. Some days I'm good, most days I'm down. But I checked out another video of your guys. I subscribed.Have a good week.

If your hands are tired, take a small super ball (like the size you play Jack's with) and use that between your hand and foot to friction the ball around your entire foot and ankle bones! I have a video showing it on my channel! I'm happy you guys have started focusing on the feet more as 99.9% of the population has foot dysfunction by age 40!!

Very helpful video, thank you! I would like to make a suggestion, which is that if one applies a raw oil on the skin, such as coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, etc. massaging the foot (or any part of the body) will turn be so much easier, as the oil lubricates the skin and the fingers will glide on the skin. Also, if the foot is not easily reachable and there is no one available to help, using a wooden chair as a tool is very useful - by sliding the foot over the rounded stretcher of the chair (the rail between the legs), while holding to the back of the chair for stability. This sliding / rolling movement will allow massaging the whole of the sole of the foot.

We all know this feeling, sore muscles, pain, but you still want to hit the gym, still fancy to exercise. Proper stretching helps to release tension in your muscles. You can also use a great Gun Massager for: myofascial release, lactic acid decomposition, deep massage. Hightly recommended. Stay healthy and flexible ;)

I usually do all kinds of exercise with my friend like climbing up and over walls , fences , etc . So my feet always cramp up and it hurts like hell . This kinda helped but I gotta say it didn’t really fix my problem , only temporarily .

Recommended anti bacterial soap for athletes foot? I wear not slip shoes for 8 hrs a day I'm up and down and my feet get humid enough since I've always sweated a bit more than others slightly anyway the environment gets hot as well as humid so when I get home it's a quick cold wash by hose then dry followed by a dry and cooling spray and foot powder

Ok so my foot is broken and it's swelled up and it's hurt a lot and I went to the medical and all and it's still hurtled but after this massage it reduced the pain but not fully
