The Solfeggio frequency of 528Hz is said to be a “Miracle Tone” and the frequency of self love. Sending love. Life can be so hard and what the mind does with it makes us suffer even more. Sending you healing whatever yiu are going through. Yes this bestiful muduc and all the love one finds here us a god sent to the suffering soul. Our own failures are the hardest to bare of all especially when all everyone really wants us to be seen and lived and all the things we do to get this when we are young don't translate into tve adult word just pushing us further away sometimes from rbe people we love. I don't know when I'm gonna heal or if I'm ever gonna know the difference between love and wanting to be Love and allow things that I don't deserve. I'm literally surrendering now. I feel in love in 2019 with a wonderful man.. never kissed him but only in my dreams .. it was wonderful for while until it started hurting when I finally realized this man didn't want to be in my life like I wanted him to be. I just met someone recently.. I fell in love again.. the same thing happened. I get the feeling you are young.. physically.... you will fall in love again and you will hurt again.. but all that breaks you're heart only makes way to make it stronger and more courageous. The heart is the strongest muscle in the human body. Jesus is pictured with his heart open (left hand giving) because his heart was always open which made him vunserable.. your name is not Jesus, I'm not asking you to carry a cross.. I am asking you to never give up ongoing yourself and others because of what yo u believe to be one bad experience. ❤

Not feeling so well tonight, in fact, I've felt under the weather for about 3 days now. Just feel like my stomach isnt digesting well. I have a hard time making time for myself to rest and heal. Tonight I felt compelled to look up self healing videos with rain sounds and as I write this, these sounds are exactly what I am looking for. I've scrolled through past comments and am feeling full of positive thoughts and grateful for stumbling upon this gem of a video. We are all in this world together. Late last night I woke thinking about my journey and I was ready to go back to sleep again. So I put in a search on Utube “432 hertz and rain” and I clicked on this channel. I didn’t look at the name, I just hit play. I went into a deep sleep. I woke up rested and very emotional and tears ran down my face. I now realize my purpose in life. Self love starts within. Stop being a people’s pleaser and to love myself first. I need to start doing what I need to do from my perspective and not from someone else. Wow great healing from this gem and I look at the name of this amazing music. Just what I needed. Thank you universe and the makers of this beautiful life changing hertz….

Just personal issues and trying to just do me but it’s honestly so difficult sometimes bc I’m highly spiritual. I have one guardian who takes care of me and I’m so thankful for her. It’s part of my ability channeling higher power. She does so much for me and I feel so burden I can’t lift myself up sometimes but I will try. Definitely need more higher vibing spirits around. I’ve also disconnected from everyone and deleted social media at the start of the year soo I am very much disconnected and feel lonely majority of the times but I know that I feel more safe. Take care and take it real easy on your end. Sending you tons of good energy your way. Stayed blessed❤️✨✨✨✨

I can’t say weather or not this has helped me in my waking hours, but it’s so soothing to listen to at night. It makes me feel safe and feel like I’m in a protected place. I’ve tried listening to almost all of the other videos/sounds and I can’t relax, maybe I’m not ready for them and this is right one for me now.
