Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax, Rest, Release Tensions, Heal Your Body, and Improve your Health.
You can apply this 5 minutes in the morning, in the afternoon during Exercise Time, or during the Break Time that you need to relax your Body. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this massage movements exercise.
