Demo of Parallel and Perpendicular 2023 Lexus RX 350h Advanced Park feature. It is SO easy to do!

Personally, I wouldn't use it just to keep my parking skills sharp. And it takes too long to park anyways.

Awwww man that is so cool but terrifies me! If something goes sideways, then I'm responsible..yikes! Holy Spicoli! Did you see how close it got to the silver Toyota when parallel parking?! I would have slammed on the brake!!!! Thank you once again for the comic relief along with a helpful video!

Do a video of you not looking into the pupil monitor while driving. I know it'll beep if you're not looking. I Want to see what it'll do if you keep letting it beep. I'm too chicken. Lol

Does it works in other countries? Can’t find it in my RX. Tbh parallel parking isn’t good cuz it leaves a lot of space from the border, perp. is ok

That moment when young teenagers think they can cheat the parking part of the driving test. And the instructor tells them no self assist features are allowed. Don't worry young teens, slip the instructor a $50 and he'll let you pass. Lol

Seems like too many button pushing than my liking for the parallel park. It took a bit too long to initiate the parallel parking that may annoyed the car behind in a typical busy city.

It’s just because it didn’t immediately detect that you wanted to parallel park, so he went into the customization settings. It’s likely because there are no parking lines. You can see in the other situations it only took like 5 or so seconds to initiate.

I’m sure regardless of how slow it is people will be pissed when you try to parallel park in a busy city road

I think it actually hit the car. If you watch it closely you will see that the car moved a bit

No! The RX never hits the car or obstacles behind or in front of it. I own this very exact trim, and its selfparking ability is superb. I only wish it could selfpark closer to the curb (that's helpful in narrow streets).
