Thank you for the details. A few questions if I may: 1. In regards to the level 1 user, my understanding is that they need to be present in the business in order to monitor and report on the activity of the skilled worker, so how can this be outsourced (as per your suggestion, if I'm not mistaken). 2. If the person seeking a visa wants to own an equal amount of shares with 3 more individuals, 2 of them being UK residents, can your strategy still apply? 3. In regards to the pricing, if we already have incorporated the company and opened the business bank account, registered PAYE, VAT and everything, how much would this impact the fees? I've had propositions from lawyers and they were all below 4k, the lowest being priced at 2k for the procedure. I'm not saying your advice isn't valuable, but it surely is on the pricier side. Not a deal breaker but I need to understand what added value is brought to the table. Thank you again for your advice.

I was just about to message regarding the self sponsored visa but the fee is very high £30,000 plus VAT. After this we need to invest in the business as well. Fee is very high that's my opinion.

If you have 45 successful applications out of 100, then it's poor considering the cost. It's just about a 45% success rate. Not exactly stress-free

When we mention 45, we mean the number of persons who successfully obtained the visa; this does not suggest that the remaining 55 people were denied; they are merely in the process and will receive the visa within the time frame we promised.
