Here's the reality of KZfaq's new world order: 1: If I don't have splashy thumbnails and titles, like everybody else, I will lose out in the sea of the Mr.Beast-Hype-ification of KZfaq. "Offroading my Safari Porsche 911" or "Selling 6 of my car to pay bills" just doesn't cut it when everybody else is doing these crazy titles and thumbnails. Unlike a lot of ridiculous titles ,though, mine are accurate in regards to what is actually happening in the video. 2: This will probably be my last off-road video, because if I don't push the car hard enough, it's boring content that nobody watches. If I find the limit of the car and break a few things, viewers are furious that I'm destroying something that wasn't very nice in the first place. It's a no win scenario. Perhaps I just need to "break" the cars off camera like so many other KZfaqrs, that way I still have the content of fixing them without the hate. 3: I felt REALLY really bad for Brian (the 911 buyer). He was so excited to get the car, and I messed it up way more than I thought. It was not my intention at all. I really do need the money, as this house stuff is exhaustingly expensive, and I am dreaming of the day it's over. Then I'm in my new (hopefully permanent) garage, and I can go back to wasting all of my money on cars again. Other than the Lyriq and the Cybertruck, which I got a loan for 95% of the value, I haven't been able to make any kind of big purchases this year because the house is taking every dime I have. Obviously, nobody should feel sorry for me, as I have a beautiful house and a lot of amazing cars, 4: Thank you SO much for watching and liking my videos. Certainly open to constructive criticism or ideas for content in the future!

At that average, if this vid somehow gets to 1 million views, it still only pays out about $10k to the provider. Worse news: if he indeed toasted the engine, a used good condition 996 Turbo motor typically easily goes for more than double that. Then add in The Wizard's labor, assuming that he'll even take the job (it's another used engine, after all). And all of this is assuming that a bunch of Porsche fanboys (and car guys in general) don't come around and collective hit on the Hate button; who knows what would happen to the payout average if that were to occur. the narration and style of this video telling the story of your journey with the car and then showing the final product in action was cool, i wouldn’t mind seeing more videos with the same style

Hoovie, If I may suggest staying on the pavement, you have a storied history of expensive mistakes once you dip your toes off-road. 😂

This might be my last off-road video. If I don't push the car with some kind of challenge, it's boring content that nobody watches. On the flip side, breaking the car by finding its limit gets everyone so angry. I guess I should just "break" them off camera before I purchase them, and then fix it for content, like most successful KZfaqrs.
@30thbirthdaywithPPB2 күн бұрын
Ignore the haters! This is your business - to do dumb shit that other people wish they could do. I appreciate the authenticity (as much as it can be authentic - it's still KZfaq). Imo you were just testing the off road capability - now a future buyer is more aware too.

@@HooviesGarage with the context of other comments I hope you didn't take my comment as anything but light hearted joking. It certainly wasn't intended to be negative. I was thinking back to the days of the Land Cruiser and flooded amp. I've been a long-time subscriber and the only negative emotion I've ever felt watching one of your videos has been sympathetic wallet pain, especially when you get in the dirt. You're authentic and I appreciate it.

He and his family own some chain of fast food establishments he’s covered before but that’s besides the point, without spending money he doesn’t make it. If he spends 100k on a car, spends 10k on it & sells it for 90k he’s lost 20k but if he makes 5 videos about it and each one makes him 5-10k hes way up still. It’s a spend to earn scenario and the more he spends the more he makes. However I am with the idea that I don’t really enjoy seeing him wreck things for no good reason. Buy broken cars and have fun with them but don’t take something that works and smash it up, I’m not 15 and it doesn’t really do much for me
