Added bonus is seeing how the house holds up in a rainstorm or when it is really cold outside. You can see where the water collects, if there is any leaking. Or on a cold day you can see if the house is really drafty or has uneven heating (warm upstairs and cold downstairs). Thanks Barbara!

Yes, a buyers ideal time is when they need to buy!

Every market is different as far as the busy season. Here in Phoenix, it is supposed to slow down in summer but we haven't seen much of that and inventory is low.

Definitely more serious buyers in the winter in Washington!
