Why are you trying to sell the camaro thats a classic you won't find one of those again if you do they will be very expensive I think that would be very bad move how about you sell that mustang instead

@JD_JoyrideTV Just assuming since they will be low and not really have a market for it. Again, can't finance it easily, most of their customers aren't looking for a car like that.

Bought my raptor with 30,000 mi for $40 grand 4 years ago. Never an issue with it. She's at 84,000 now.I had the suspension rebuilt. Also upgraded the front and rear springs. And still wouldn't use it for work and towing. As much as I love my raptor. If I needed a truck for hauling and work. Something Diesel would have definitely been my choice.

I think the mileage for sure is the killer on the truck thats why the appraisal is low IMO. But for sure I wouldnt even bother selling the camaro way to beautiful to cut loose. Hell why not take it in and see how much they would give you for it though.

I used Streetside Classics to sell my 66 Mustang. The Camaro would be perfect for that dealer. Closest one for you would be Charlotte though.

Do not trade the truck sell it as owner. Markup on a vehicle with trade is considerable I know I've bought a lot of vehicles. Just a wise old owl 73 in August.

it's a good time to get rid of the truck ,my buddy works the Denver local auction and Southern California auctions and says the values of everything has dropped on average of $1000 since June 23rd, Carmax are crooks, they offer 17 and then go appraise it and comeback to offer you 15, sell it private you'll always get closer to what you want without the hassle, the Camaro is a whole different story being customized , it'll have to be someone like yourself who loves old Pony cars done up nice like the Camaro, even here in Canada JD used prices on everything on the market has gone down anywhere from 700 -1500 bucks in the last 60 days , and if you go to buy a new diesel truck, you won't pay over sticker any more

that is pretty low I would say since new are going for 95k back in the day it was a 60k truck but even my old golf cart has doubled in value what is going on....

The Carmax bid was a lowball offer. They do that to everybody. Your truck is in great shape and worth more than 17K. I do think Laura owes you 1 for putting her on the vid with no pants on. It sounds like she will definitely going to pay you back. Whatever she does I hope gets recorded and put in your KZfaq vid. Laura get him!! Why would Carmax give you some great offer on the truck? Its hard to finance because of its age, then the mileage would be an issue, interest rates are up, people who want that truck don't want it with high miles and are willing and able to spend more for a low mileage one. Carmax is in business to make money, not lose it. They just dont offer stacks of cash for whatever price you want. The used car boom is dwindling, thank god, going to be a lot of people underwater on cars/trucks they bought the last 3 years. Never buy anything you're not planning to keep or not willing to take a loss on with super high miles like that, no matter the condition.

@@JD_JoyrideTV I wouldn’t sell the Camaro but just get an idea what they would offer. Honestly I would sell anything to those guys. They are out to rip ppl off and make money for themselves. You’re better off just selling the Raptor privately and be patient on it. Use every resource that’s available to you.
