Time for an F80 M3. I had an 11 STI and a 19 STI. Sold them for the M3. You’re going to be way happier with the M3. I built my 11 to 500whp an it cost me a ton!!! Got a only a tune and the M3 was 500whp. Better performance. Better reliability. Better handling. And most of all, better all around comfort features. Trust me Chris. I sent it and I’ve been watching you for years and drove into it. It’s the right move all day brother.

If you’re only buying an f80 for content purposes you will be disappointed. EVERY KZfaqr is doing f80/82 G80/82. It’s genuinely overplayed and becoming boring to watch and hear as a “reveal”. It’s such a predictable path. I enjoy your channel because everything you do to your cars sets you apart from other enthusiasts. Explore ALL of your options before going with the generic m car. I have an STI making like 600 wheel on stock block. It is a ticking time bomb, BUT always remember the reason you got the car. I been watching for a while and I remember when you got the WRX then sold it. I saw sad. BUT THEN YOU GOT THE STI! And man honestly most important thing is what makes you happy.

You should sell the STI. As cool as it is, it would be cooler to see something like an FD RX7 or M3 on the channel, maybe even a 3000GT.

A couple things to note: 1. It’s the last STI 2. It’s the last EJ25 powered car 3. If you build the FA in the BRZ, you could build the EJ in the STI and have both motors done up all crazy. Im team keep the STI, you have a loyal fan base and we’ll watch whatever you put out there but the STI is just sick. (Also I’m biased because I also have a silver VA and I love your build😂)

Mad respect Chris. One of the best KZfaq personalities for car content out there. Consider a C5 or C6 Z06. Pretty affordable, fast, and you can make them look SIIIIIIIIIICK. Not to mention considering exhaust and wheel set ups, the sky is the limit.

Man it’s such a tough decision. I came across your videos because I had a 2020 WRX. I bought it bone stock and did so much to it. I ended up selling it a year later only because I took on a new career and wanted to have cushion for my family. My new career went better than planned and didn’t need the cushion so I sold the car for nothing. I regret that every single day. My 6 year old at the time cried when I sold it because he actually got out there and helped me work on it. I have pics of him reinstalling the headlights. Unfortunately I can’t get that car back as much as I wish I could. I tell you this because I know it might be easy to think you want to let something go but think long and hard about it. If I would have done that, then I would still have my WRX. Unfortunately loosing that car caused me to lose a lot of interest in cars and the car scene which has always been my get away from life’s hardships. Regardless of what you choose bro, I look forward to seeing what’s next!

You will never run out of an audience, do what you love doing and the audience will come and stay for that.

I think with frs/brz in the rotation you’ll have the main audience still in your pocket and you can go crazy on those builds while moving on from the sti maybe a Supra/240i or m3

Have been watching you for a while now and I own a WRX, I got even more hooked to your content when you dove into the VA WRX/STI platform. In my opinion, you should consider the new FL5 Type R, still a new platform and gives you an opportunity to be different. I feel that BMW content is overplayed and doesn’t really interest me. I’ll still be supporting no matter what you decide to do so do what you think will elevate the channel to the next level!

grow yourself as a driver by learning to track the sti! the platform is there, just needs a build series for a track spec.

I feel like getting the f80 m3 would be a better choice than making the STI faster. More content and its something new to you and the channel. You should definitely keep the sti since they are discontinued and the value will only keep going up over time. Yeah you can always get another one down the road but to find out that inside clapped out would be hard. I’m glad I got my evo at the perfect time before the market in blew up. I’ve also had homies sell their Evo’s or Sti’s for m3’s and always end up coming back to either the Evo seen or subie seen.

I think you should def dive into a BMW like others have said you still have the FRS and BRZ that we all love but it would be exciting to see what you would bring to the BMW scene I can definitely see you taking a route most M owners don’t you have a taste that could be refreshing for that whole scene

I don't know if the community is that decisive either way though it's your car's your builds and your story to tell. Stay authentic to that and yes people will come and go but as long as when you are in 40s 50s etc and you forged a story you are content with then there will be less regrets in that journey. Also if you are not passionate or excited to dump boatloads into a chassis to make it do or look a certain way that's a sign to sell.

The M3-M4 will hands down be the best choice for a new build and even BIGGER audience

I feel like I can speak for most people. Get rid of it for a bmw whether it’s a f80 or g80 but I wouldn’t suggest getting rid of it for a mustang I much rather see it get fully built than seeing a mustang build.

i'd say you should keep the brz for more show car, start power building the STI, and then have an M3 for somewhat show/street build!

I’m pretty much done with the wrx and sti platform after owning them for 4 years or so. I have mine for sale for a f82 or f80. My sti and wrx just eat up money and it doesn’t get any better when going for power. I’d rather spend the money on a faster more luxury car than put 20k into a Subaru not including the price of the car.

I Feel like the first move is test driving a M series you’re thinking of getting. Then driving a STI that’s pushing high HP numbers. Think that will make you decide which to get. Tbh I hate to see the STI go, but change has got to happen. You could also get a new gen Supra, it’s a BMW and JDM.

Don't sell it, your content is unique honestly ur car collection is cool and i love what' you've done to them.
