Idk if he still teaches a class at south western college but anytime students had questions he was super friendly and helpful.

The most annoying about this is how cops do not do this for their own. I have a built sti and have been stopped many times and just bc I'm law enforcement, I have been let go immediately. Yes it's nice but it sucks that not everyone is treated the same way. It seems off that I even said that since I am benefitting from it but I can just imagine what someone with a higher rank/more power than me can get away with and its scary. Also, come on corporations pollute our planet way more than a car with a DP would, but that circles back to what I was saying, the more power, the more you can get away with.

im also a native bay area resident (Vacaville) and I recently moved to Knoxville, TN, and it's CRAZY how much shit you can get away with here. Made me realize how insane the laws are in California. When I heard citation for a cold air intake my jaw dropped lmfao thats just insane

No what I applied for a postion out in CA a few weeks back at my company since they need a class A or B driver.. I'm kinda happy they didn't pick me, I wanted to much to move anyways. TurboSmart Dual Port BOV ETS Intake HKS Hi-Power Dual Exhaust System So, I'm wondering if I'd be safe to live and cruise around out there with what I have on the car now.

Cali is really is a different dimension. being cited for a cold air intake and bov is so funny. also for them to assume the car isnt on a stock map with no real tangible evidence is pretty sketch. I hate to see Cali's car laws going this far considering how prolific the car scene is there.

Cobb Stage 1 & 2 OTS are CARB legal. A custom tune/pro tune is not CARB legal. Also there are many brands that are CARB legal but they only run up to a certain number series. So it can be confusing, for example, if you purchase an AEM intake that is legal and one that isn’t. Glad your ride is back on the road.

A friend of mine got pulled over in his STOCK RX-8 doing 5 below the limit. They call 4 cops to check everything about the car. 20 minutes later, they say the motor tipped them off (he was doing 7k in 1st).

The fact that ANY air oil separator is "illegal" should show you just how ridiculous these laws and the people who write them are. You are literally stopping oil from being burned and released into the environment. If anything the ways oems design pcv systems should be illegal.

ve had my subaru 2017 wrx since it had 4400 miles on it. Love that thing but had the tranny go on it at 22,000 miles. also yes i know how to drive a manual im 36 years old and have had 14 cars 9 of those manual. When i brought it to the shop they said i wasint under warranty bc they said it had signs of abuse $3200 later....Down the road as of now after they "fixed it" the car is back in the shop waiting to see what they say now at 30,000 miles. thinking about selling the thing now since this keeps happing and the bad taste of they Not honoring thier warranty
