Manning is a Communist. Much like in the military, Manning was a foot soldier( activist) in the environmental branch of its army. Now she’s worked herself up in the ranks like all these Commies do. She should have been convicted and sent to prison for her part in terrorist activities. She no different than Susan Rosenberg. Susan worked as an operative for the Communist front Weather Underground that ultimately blew up a Senators office. Clinton pardoned her and now serves as head of an NGO called Thousand Currents. Currents was the foundation that collected the majority of BLM donations and distributed them to mostly climate change organizations. People have no idea what is actually going on.

Please request OIG to investigate how BLM deals with cost reimbursable accounts paid by project proponents. I have witnessed the abuse of these accounts so that managers can try and fix an unfixable broken budget.
