True. It’s funny how when they could not negate the effects of this book with “anti-Tom” books, they allowed the narrative to be flipped. The only thing that is taken from this book is the false narrative of Tom and not the actual outrage that this book caused. Most ppl who use the term has never read the book.
@Windsingerful

Exactly - they flipped it by taking advantage of some people’s ignorance. Just like Ron de Pantspiss campaigns by flipping “woke” to make it something negative to fight against, instead of its actual meaning of staying aware.

TIME FOR US TO PUSH BLACK YOUTH TODAY INTO SCHOOLS RAISING THEM RIGHT, KNOWING THEIR PAST. ALL THEY KNOW ABOUT USA PAST IS THAT THEY WERE SLAVES. WE NEVER TELL THEM ABOUT BRAVE GOD FEARING BLACK PEOPLE WHO STOOD UP TO SLAVERY, WHO JOINED LIKE MINDED WHITE SETTLERS TO START CIVILWAR AND WE WON, 54 MASSACHUSETTES. WAS IT EASY, NO, BUT THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT AND EMBRACE THEIR PEOPLE OF PAST THAT MADE FREEDOM HAPPEN FOR OTHER RACES. AMERICA WOULD NEVER BE A SUPER POWER IF BLACK PEOPLE NEVER HELPED, PERIOD. WE KEEP CRYING ABOUT CLARENCE TOMAS, HE MAKING HIS MONEY. ISNT IT TIME FOR THE BLACK COMMUNITIY TO RISE UP AND GET OUR EDUCATION UP? So mislead and uninformed. The Republican Party was founded by African Americans in Texas. The Republican Party ended slavery under Abraham Lincoln. The Democratic Party did not support the civil rights movement until it was politically beneficial for them. You will either be a victim or a victor. Clearly a lot of people want to be victims of their own demise based on race instead of character. Until people want to listen to understand they will only listen to respond.

One of the biggest problems and the biggest downfalls of the community known as the "black" (racist label steeped in so-called "white" supremacy) community is that you have accepted what is apparently a "white" supremacist agenda of linking the "African American" fight for racial equality and the perverse lgbtqplus fight together, and you've made it all fight. Amongst those known as Democrats, who are SUPPOSEDLY fighting for the African-American community, you almost always hear them, simultaneously, fighting for lgbtqplus rights. It has gotten to the point where you cannot hear them speak on the African-American issues without them speaking on lgbtqplus issues. And that's sinful, Wicked, and abominable. Why the Republicans are seeking to destroy what is known as the African-American community through blatant racist practices, the Democrats are destroying the same community through policies promoting lgbtqplus and abortion. Both of those perverse things are DESTROYING the African-American community via diseases which are deadly, the destruction of the natural family unit ordained by God, and also outright (or more fittingly stated, OUT-WRONG) baby murder. Stop that Madness, you are behaving like an Uncle Tom because you have sold your community for a devilish political organization that was built on and known for "white" supremacy (meaning of Democrats). Now they have tried to pretend as if they care for the black community while at the same time promoting things which destroy the very community for which they pretend to care. And most of you have fallen for it. You don't need a political organization: follow Jesus Christ and live. If need be, you can create a political organization that will reverence the Words of Jesus Christ, in Truth. Amen.

We told her what the current rate was and her response was it's messed up that her generation made life harder for our generation. She stated you could work earn a decent salary to support your family and even have money left over to pursue higher education without breaking the bank. We are seeing it more and more where the older generation is intentionally sabotaging the future generation because they want to hold fast to racist or prejudice ideas. They want the world to be like the good ole days and while there are some benefits at what cost?

If Asians were held back due to slavery for over 400 years, and they were prohibited from any types of education (reading, writing, and etcetera) I would agree that in modern times that there should be some sort of actions taken in the attempt to level the playing field. I agree with you so I had a situation where I was telling my older sister I'm sorry about this lady I know who said that she have never voted in her life and she never will and I was telling my sister that upset me and she said that I should worry about when people don't vote I should just know that I vote I said well when people don't vote that affect me that affects the masses she didn't understand me being upset about this person black or white who don't post I remember distinctly a young white girl at my job who was old enough to vote but she said she didn't go because she didn't like neither candidate again that's not a reason not to vote if people don't realize it affects you as a whole as a community and if you don't vote then you don't get to complain

@carolealteon3803 11 ай бұрын
I encountered a lot of people like that from three different jobs I had worked at. When it’s time to vote you complaint like “I don’t like to vote all politicians are the same.” “I don’t have time.” Or people don’t discuss it at all. It used to get to me when I heard such talk. I used to see immigrants who are citizens were more eager to vote. People need to vote, and know who they are voting for and why. Some time I may not like a candidate, but I know I that must vote. I understand your frustration. I’ve been there.

How many black Supreme Court justices were there before him? Just one. He benefits because the policy is in place, period. He benefits because without that policy, he would not be there. We had plenty of black people who were qualified before him to do that job.
