I will always remember the first time I climbed a fence just up from the highway in southern California... I was stranded and did not know my surroundings, good thing I had cash. Told this Guy who looked like he was In charge of that block, he said, you are lucky this is not Oakland and this Man helped me change my tire and got me back to my Brothers place not far from the Coronado bridge. Earlier I gave him a $20.00 for gas for his car and then gave him a $100.00 for helping me out and getting me back to my Brothers place. That was Superbowl weekend, bucs and raiders.
