10:14 for everyone: it’s a cherry plumb tree. They’re all over Cali cuz back in the day houses would have them. Now lots of places are landscaped with them cu the flower blossoms are awesome in spring! The flesh is 100% safe to eat. The seed however has low levels of poison cyanide similar to any other pit fruit such as peach or regular plums. So just don’t eat the pit (not that anyone would)
