Just finished episode 1 and loved it! It’s my first time watching Alina Boz in anything and I have to say, she’s stunning and such a good actress! 💕👏🏻

They mention a few times in previous episodes that Emir performed an excellent surgery on Canan which apparently makes her look decades younger, it's hilarious! Honestly, the actress is gorgeous and she should be the lead in her own show, but she has only been playing these side characters. I think the ideal number of episodes is however many a writer needs to tell a complete story with a definite end. But with the way dizis are produced, I don't think that's happening any time soon. Speaking of other shows, I commented on a previous video about liking Seversin. I'll stay away from live dizis after that ends, so maybe I'll pick an older one. I have to admit that both EK and SCK did not work for me (I don't think I got even as far as double digits episodes), mostly for the actors/characters. This was the first dizi by Ayşe that I liked and it gets cancelled!

That’s so funny! 🤣 I can’t think of any show where this actress had the lead role. You’re so right, she really does need to be the main character in one of the future dizis because she’s really good! I recently saw “Seversin” ratings and they dropped so much in the last few weeks 🥺 I didn’t end up watching this show because I was busy with SDG, but I hope they give the show a good ending and make all of the fans, including you, happy. And that’s so true, following a dizi that’s airing in real time is such a gamble. I always tell myself that I’ll only watch the dizis that are already completed, but then I get sucked into some new show and can’t help myself 🤣 I’m all in on “Duy Beni” now, waiting to see if I like episode 2 of “Yalı Çapkını” and waiting for “Bir Peri Masalı” to premiere to see what the vibe is. Too many dizis, too little time! 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

As much as we love the characters and the story, 51 episodes, especially for a romcom, is pushing it. When you drag the story out so much you end up with tons of filler scenes and drone proposals. To this day I’m still bitter that of all the ways, that’s how Can decided to propose to Sanem 😅

@@thedizispell I was thinking about whether or not to start Kusursuz Kiracı and the cancellation news is here, it's like clockwork with Fox! Currently we're going through a traumatic time in the Seversin fandom😭It was known early on that it would go on for 20 or so episodes, so it ending is not the issue. The first 13-14 episodes were genuinely good, it was one of the funniest dizi that really understood the meaning of romcom, with a one of a kind male lead. Then the writers and director changed and it abruptly turned into a drama that no one wanted. Now there's two more episodes left and we're desperately hoping they bring back that initial flavor at least at the end🤞

@Tessa Albright I've accepted that all dizis eventually go to weird places if they go on too long. What I need is for characters to hook me so that I want to watch them even when the plot goes bonkers, provided they don't change the characters so that they become unrecognizable, which is another issue! With EK, I found the female lead very annoying and that whole relationship dynamic didn't work for me, so I quit early!

@@thedizispell I fast forwarded through Yalı Çapkını and that whole premise makes me icky, especially the scene in the hamam! I wonder if the writers go out of their way to make us believe that some parts of the country live in medieval times😐 I might just watch scenes of the lead couple of this one😆
