BSIN stands for Body Self-Inflicted Necrosis. I invented the concept of BSIN in my late 70s for finding bodily mechanisms capable of eliminating senescent cells during old age. BSIN is a candidate for demolishing senescent cells through inflammation during necrosis. To enhance the effectiveness of BSIN, a person should exercise the painful part of the body, not resting it, as done normally according to the established view.
