the visual asmr where you see hands coming, a brush etc... makes my eyes close, it's like a blink that many times ends with me sleeping.

This made me feel a lot better. The 3 year anniversary of my mom’s passing was on the 6th…this year didn’t start off well cause I got sick, I’m laid off my job until Feb, and money is extremely tight (we’re having to ask for money from my dad and my husband’s parents). I don’t talk to many people if I’m not working, so I end up holding all this in. This made me feel like we were sitting across from another and we’re close friends. Thank you Sophie, I’m glad I found you!

Yep I needed this tonight! Been struggling hard trying to balance full time job at a daycare, school to become a teacher, depression, anxiety attacks often & raise 3 daughters as a single parent. Thanks Sophie for making me feel like things will be alright :)

Depression and anxiety in any form are part of the process, and you WILL conquer. Things WILL be alright. You’re awesome, don’t let anyone or anything make you believe otherwise. You inspire me. 🔥🤟🏻
