However, to similarly asked questions by Mngomezulu, she would say, ' Ask Brg Gininda', ' I was not there' or ' No comment .' Very hostile to the defence, very accommodating to the prosecution!

Prosecution is for 375 ,we have three groups of suspects namely Zamokuhle Mbatha (according to police he is still a suspect) ,all the people inside house and this five guys .Zamokuhle was vindicated but remains a suspect , the people who were inside the house remain suspects but let's see if we can't find these five guys guilty first .This NPA has the ability to verify evidence kodwa or they operate like a kangaroo court?
