are these SEP injectors the china boi's we have been waiting for? I think so! we need more in car testing and long term reliability checking but i am blown away so far.

Matt, Congratulations on the 60k subscribers! Also, thanks a ton for your time and the quality in which you did the review. I would have been completely stoked for just half of what you have done. That being said, if you want a 3% set sometime around early-mid May, I have one for you. These were literally the only 8 I had in this flow rate. I have a device I call the "Iron Maiden" which I built out of a spare fuel system that pushes up to 120PSI through these to test the seal and case pressure. I had to do that to one of yours (why it smelled like fuel) because that is the only 8 I had made. Thanks again for your time and this review!

Thanks for attempting to do this. I def think there's a market for injectors you are attempting to bring to market. If you do succeed, i will be a buyer in the 150lb market.

I'm with this guy. than you for going out and doing this. I can't wait till the rest of the test is done and you start selling them. I'm in the middle road where I'm growing out of 80s and 210 are too big.

What sort of timescale is realistic before you will have these avaliable for us, im currently running deka 80s on a big power 4 cylinder and im already at 100% duty on them so when these are ready, it would make a great and easy upgrade without changing a thing

That flowbench was running out of pump with injectors that big, maybe that also affected results. I guess running them in pairs ore one by one may be more precise.

yep he wants to add a surge tank and wally 450 for more extensive testing with large injectors

won't be enough. i made a similar testbench and for three 1200cc injectors a bosch 044 can't hold 3bar static testing.(>> 100 PW)

China will build the quality as required, they will make above oem quality. It's down to the profit margin.

Just a thought. These Injectors are perfect for a throttle body unit. It could be very little off and not affect the tune. With fuel injectors in the intake runners it could affect tune with one injector being off. But for someone like me who has a holley sniper it's perfect. My warranty was out with them and an injector fails. Replaced them with these and they fit perfectly.

Wow i never realized how loud injectors are! Very informative! You mentioned that even the motor isnt 3%, out of curiosity any idea how close your 4.8 is or a typical LS? Or is the only way to know is to have individual lambda or temp sensors for each of the cylinders? Doing the community a great service! Thank you

Ryan Bernard If you really wanna lose your mind, go check out a diesel pump/injector test stand. Haha under 100 psi fuel pressure, that’s cute. Up that about 10-15x and that’s some fuel pressure.

We consider Chinese goods to be very poorly made, but they manufacture majority of Apples phones and computers and we pay Billions for that merchandise and never complain???? They know how to get the quality down when they want to.

impactajuvenile I used to believe they were crappy manufactures. But given the Apple and many other products being quality, and priced like Made in USA. I think it's the individual companies owners that are pushing to make high volume low price garbage to be the price point leader.

Thats all ( im american also ) american propaganda. Im a machinist. China makes The best robitics "cnc equptmment" in the world. Our best 5 axis machine in the shop comes from asia. If you spend a honest dollar you will receive a product that just as good or superior to the worlds best manufactures. Thats been my finding. I dont fear buying Chinese goods. Just look around your house 99% of what you own comes from there. Most of our cars are made there .

How about trying a test cycle that would simulate a racetrack episode. Idle too the line, burnout, bump-in, rev-limiter to desired boost level. That might take us through a “cycle of concern” and see how they perform. Can your flow machine be “programmed to do that? And if not you are the “GOAT” of tuning, IT and all things “Dark Magic”.....I can see it now the Sloppy Tunable Flow Bench” we will all want one! What say you?

Matt, if you end up trying these injectors and pulling the 210s, would it be feasible for you to head back to your buddy's house and run the 210s on his test bench, just for the hell of it (and for video content)? I'd love to see them run.

Hi, please can you tell me what liquid you are using? I have tried denatured alcohol and the stuff gives me a headache. Next I tried destilled water but that foams so much ...... your liquid is much better. Thanks Bernhard

So iv got a modified turbo engine. Bigger turbo bigger injectors and all rest. However iv had my ecu mapped to suit and now my car struggles to start. Runs rough and won't rev high. I do believe my injectors are unfortunately fake siemens deka 630cc. Could fake ones cause my issues? The mapping is done correctly buy the best man for job so I'm hoping it's my injectors but don't want to pay out for more if it might not be the issue.

Phew...this makes me feel much better about mine. I got a set from eBay that said they were deka80s for about $150 and said they were shipped from USA. However when they arrived they were clearly from China. They look exactly like this physicly. I'm just thinking they may have been more like 300 bux.
