Agreed she was a brilliant singer and deserved to go through but I think she only got the golden buzzer because she cried and struggled to start so everybody felt bad for her but this is what the show is about taken so this should get the golden buzzer

This legitimately had me on the edge of my seat the entire time and despite having a mistake they picked themselves back up and still managed to deliver an absolute phenomenal act! One of the best acts so far this series and I really think this type of act would be exceptional at The Royal Variety

It wasn't a mistake. It was a well-controlled part of the act. It makes it more impressive to appear to fall and then get back up and do it again, unless you go back and watch at a slower speed and see how they were all prepared for that to happen.

Kobyz (кобыз) its our traditional instrument with violin, i dont know what is the composition, but they use traditional instruments in the composition

I think most likely the shirt was restricting his mobility or interfering with his concentration. In addition, I often see people who pull their collar when they are worried.
