The Recipe: 3 cups cooked hummus 1 cup tahini (we used Al Arz Tahini, www.alarz.co.il/en, but you may use any 100% pure sesame based tahini) 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt (you can put more or less depending on how you like it) Some cold water for consistence and color brightening. Garlic sauce: 1 clove smashed garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon Harissa (forgot to mention in the video) 1 teaspoon salt

I started eating hummus as a regular part of my diet (in the eastern US) about 5-7 years ago, and people looked at me like I was crazy. Not any more. Sabra is a big seller here and their hummus is good - but it's not the same as this kind of a fresh, homemade recipe. Your family is awesome and God clearly has His hand on your lives.. As a father of four beautiful girls, I can see his love and commitment to God through his voice and eyes when he talks with you both. I was recently medically retired from my career as a Deputy Sheriff, and I have lived my life in the middle of California. The vast majority of the San Joaquin Valley is farms and ranches.
