I absolutely love that for the first two or three minutes of this video, shay talks about the pain that he was going to feel during cross country matches and he said the EXACT same thing during the video that he made the night before the st. george marathon. It's so incredible how far he's come. Such an inspiration.

my favorite part of the intro is the very end when you run the camera over with the car.. i feel like those parts of your videos are gonna go down in history and i'm so glad they're in the intro!!
