Making progress on our van conversion is the name of the game, and despite the impending freezing winter weather conditions, we were able to install some upper cabinets and our bench top. There is more storage in our van now than we originally expected, meaning we won't have any problems fitting all of our stuff (and all of Rich's sweaters) into our off-grid campervan. Our van build is coming along nicely and we are inching towards our goal of having the entire conversion finished in March. We are looking forward to finally taking the Transit out onto the road and into the backcountry to see what it's made of! Be sure to subscribe for more van building content - and eventually van life content!

We are a couple of full-time travel dreamers who decided to pack up our lives to explore the world - and then 2020 happened. After flying back home, we were not ready to give up our new lifestyle yet, so we bought a minivan, converted it into a DIY minivan camper, and drove across Canada in search of beautiful campsites and stunning mountains to climb. We are currently on a different sort of adventure, converting a Ford Transit cargo van into our new full-time home on wheels in hopes of exploring North America and conquering more mountains - and hopefully even the Arctic Ocean!
