Hey Alex, you should definitely do a video going over your training history, plateaus, and the style of training/mentality you had at that moment. I think it’s motivating to see the kind of progress you have made recently in my own training and my own plateaus. It could also give some insights to where we all are in our personal journeys if you give your experiences/mindset/training style along the way.

People outside of us who follow him closely will just say he hopped on gear lol I’m almost certain Greg Doucette will make videos about him competing and people will say the jump from how he looked 2 years ago vs now is too much for an experienced natural 🤣
@isaacchurchill8068
@isaacchurchill8068 Жыл бұрын
@@KurokamiNajimi Sad, but probably true. Most people just don't have the proper amount of experience as a natural lifter to know otherwise. They just end up listening to people like Greg, who directly profits off of these people staying novices. Greg knows you can look impressive natural, but purposely shifts the perception of what is achievable (always implying stuff like anyone who looks impressive is either on gear or genetically gifted).

🙌🏼 yeah Thanks Alex! Man I’m stickin with it guys. I’ve had access to the benchpress the last two places I stayed one is in a shed pavilion next to the silo LOL still doing my waighted decline pushups (shoes in a chair and PVC Parrolette) but adding flat bench is waking up a little bit of new gains!! But I have a unpredictable life I’m trying to keep it persistent on an exact schedule throughout the weeks until I should let my nervous system rest again or D-load and I’m also still doing weighted goblet squat I’ll try to do those the day before upper body day, but all my workouts end up being full body workouts, and at least one exercise. I’m starting to D-age too. Your can’t make this stuff up I’m 44-years old and my skin and everything is young again all from pushing myself to exhaustion, heaving in lots of oxygen, working my muscles, pumping new blood. Hill sprints started all this and find this Guy and a couple other Naturals. Natural everything seems to be the fountain of youth. Alex feel free to mention anything i point out from my experience in your comments good or bad what you’ve done with your time on this planet 🌎 is amazing…if i knew then what i know now LOL ironically I did😝

@@jasonrios3120 I’m still not sold on machines due to the evidence of rings being just as if not more effective. Which shouldn’t be the case if maximum stability is king. I’ve learned a lot from you keep it up! This workout looks brutal and fun perfect sample for those of us who love hard but effective training, similar to what I do except on at least one upper day I week I put arms first, and never put them last to try to overcome my torso dominance I developed from 1.5 years of PPL split.

In this video as well as the chest expander video, your left shoulder (unless the footage is mirrored) is elevated to a greater degree than your right one. In the chest expander video I noticed it during the overhand and underhand vertical pull, and in this one I noticed it during the hammer strength press.

Amazing workout😎 I liek how smart you go about it but still keep it simple and to the point👍 Update on my training if interested; Strict EZ bar strict curls at 90lbs for 3 sets of 6 reps last session and v bar tricep push downs at 65lbs for 2 sets of 15 and 1 set of 12 (taking it slow on tricep isolations due to injuries there). Been able to add 2.5lbs to the cable stack each session. Almost at my 100lbs goal for ez strict curls and soon will be near my 100lbs goal for v bar tricep push downs. Both for reps. Ring training is going fantastically. Ring dips form is improving very nicely. Went from holds, negatives, 4 poor form reps and now doing sets of 10 reps. Before adding more reps I'm just focusing on improving form and ROM on them, which is happening nice and quickly, session to session. Ring pushups progress is flying. Staryed with sets of 8-10 reps now doing around 15 reps, but improved ROM and added a chest squeeze with hands at the top for a 1-2 count pause. Plus sometimes I do RTO ring pushups too, at least for a few reps. You were right about strict curls when I mentioned them way back. My biceps are looking great. My wife, kids and some others mention it. My wife also said I look so wide with my shoulders the other morning😹😹😹 Also apparently I'm not subscribed to you anymore. I was before. KZfaq probably glitched that but I still apologize and have subscribed again. Hope you're having a beautiful week🤗 and enjoying the weather☃️🌨

If this can be achieved by decades worth of training, then I'm all in for it.
