Whenever I see other interviews from bodybuilders on his category, if they didn't die from their abuse, most ended either disabled or so resentful of how fucked the system was, that it detrimented their mental health.. think about what this actually means for how a chest workout looks for him: 3 exercises, probably 2-4 sets per exercise, so anywhere between 6 and 12 sets on chest at a time is all that’s needed for elite growth if those 9ish sets are brutal. i wish i knew this when i first started lifting. i used to do 4 sometimes 5 chest movements at 4 sets each twice a week and wondered why i felt like shit and hurt my shoulder… 16 - 20 sets per session is way too much for one muscle and is bumping up to the max end of suggested weekly volume.

That’s always been my go to on Universal Pecs Incline unless all the benches & machines are busy then pec dec or cable flies but generally prefer Incline it’s harder & requires more gas to really grow that ledge. Then Flat Presses followed by Pec Dec or Cable Flies n sometimes seated machine press to finish chest if haven’t done them first & then tris.
