Hi @Apetech Tech Tutorials, Another great tutorial out there!! Though I just have a question, does the SLA Calendar automatically converts it to a different time zones if somehow there's a scenario where agents working in a different geographical region? A video would be nice. Thanks!

Thanks so much, Doctor. How I can get and apply SLAs to other type of existing projects (let say type = Software Project). Is this possible. Or I need to move all my issues under Type = Service Project ??? I see that SLA only available for Type = Service Project, can I somehow to expand SLA from service project to work with all my Jira instance ?
