This is this machine's first service so it doesn't need extensive servicing and Josh goes over some tips and tricks to keep it in prime condition.

I'm surprised that the customer doesn't clean the machine up a bit prior to bringing it in. I mean, they couldn't get at the clog, but the exterior of the machine and the brushroll are so dirty! Same with the E3 you had in another video that was having a motor problem. That poor vacuum looked like it had seen some stuff!

Hello Sir. My Sebo k3 does not come with the removable mains cable. Can I buy one and install it myself? It it giving me continuity issues when I swivel the handle. Thank you!
