Ай бұрынFresh off Seton Hall's victory in the NIT, I walked with coach Shaeeh Halloway. A graduate and player at Seton Hall, Coach Sha is a rising star in the NCAA. His first appearance on the grand stage was in 2022, when he led St. Peter's, a #15 seed, to the Elite Eight. In the last two seasons, Coach Sha took a team that was forecasted to be among the bottom of the Big East to a 4th place finish. After being passed over for a tournament bid, he led the Pirates to their first NIT Championship in 71 years. Shaheen Halloway talked about the challenges of coaching in the NIL era as we walked on the campus.

Dear Frank, I want to let you know that as a priest-alumnus of Seton Hall (Class of 1992), I am most grateful to your beloved Uncle, Monsignor Edward Fleming, whom I had the honor and privilege of knowing at the Hall. Monsignor befriended and mentored me as a young Seminarian in my Freshman year (1989) when I used to meet with him at his residence in President's Hall. He was a great man: a quintessential gentleman and priest's priest. I hope that one day I'll have the pleasure of meeting you as well in person. God bless and keep on walking! Go Pirates!

I enjoyed seeing the campus as much as the walk. Nice to see the little interactions from the students along the walk. Seaton Hall looks nice.
